Beautiful location, fabulous view and rooms. Nice staff. Good restaurant. For the price I would have expected 1.) hot coffee at any reasonable hour 2.) free breakfast 3.) business room with computer terminals.

Shower was sandy and found someone elses (a man's) used dirty underwear on the floor under the bed. When I told the the front desk, they just told me there was nothing they could do and to contact expedia. Could have had better customer service but that was unpleasant. Other than that the grounds were nice, but they were doing gardening and maintenance all morning, so it wasn't too relaxing of an environment.

I can not say enough good about this resort. It is gorgeous. The views are unbelievable. Room and service were amazing. Price was great booking through Expedia. Attendants were superb. Pools were clean. Bar was excellent. Would definitely recommend and I will return.

The property was perfect for families. The surrounding amenities are very nice and gives you good access to the West Coast of Puerto Rico! Restaurant was very good!

Beautiful property in a privileged location. Cleanliness and upkeep issues, but what ruined it for me was waiting an hour for breakfast, and the defensive nature of the dinning crew. An apology goes a long way. Shout out to the restaurant manager who understood the value of service. With a check in at 4 pm and a checkout at 11 am, come for a few days so you can enjoy the property, because after an hour and a half waiting for and eating breakfast, night and morning experience was severely limited.

El muchacho del restaurante el Sr. Muñiz fue bien atento y nos preparó el desayuno aún cuando la cocinera se fue a las 10:30am y no quiso quedarse para hacernos el desayuno, mi esposa y yo pudimos desayunar. El fue muy amable y lo hizo por su propia cuenta. Para nosotros eso fue un gesto bien grande y complacer al cliente. Necesito que se le de un buen reconocimiento por ese gesto. Estamos complacidos con la estadía. Fue nuestra primera experiencia quedándonos ahí y volveríamos. Gracias

Their motto is “ Simply Perfect”. This hotel was simply disgusting. We were there for 2 nights and couldn’t wait to leave! We had reserved a deluxe ocean front room with a king bed. They gave us a room with 2 doubles saying they had no kings left. Having reserved two and a half months prior this surprised me especially since when I reserved the site showed a number of kings available. When we got to the room there were clumps of long hair in the sink and toilet. Disgusting! The next day we went to the pool where there may have been a dozen guests. A little odd for such a large hotel with no king beds left? In any event pool area was filthy. The chairs and tables looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks! The couches were torn and there were bird droppings everywhere. Impossible to find a clean chair in the entire pool area. Could not believe that the few people there were actually seated in such a disgusting surroundings. All public areas were in a poor state of repair. Missing tiles on the floors, repair projects seemingly abandoned and left unfinished, peeling paint evident in many areas. In my opinion this hotel is not fit to receive guests.
