Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. “We had never been to Kauai before and just had to roll the dice and get some recommendations from friends and relatives. “This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure. As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice. We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was.
