I booked the “business” option and when I got to the room it was two twin beds. I went back downstairs to let them know they gave me the wrong room. They said they overbooked my room. Then they gave me an accessible room with a double/queen and a twin bed, but the big bed didn’t have the proper sheets- it had 2 small twin bed duvets. I asked the front desk about it and they don’t own normal sized duvets that fit the beds. I switched back to the other room, and when I looked at the sheets there they were very dusty and had a large hole in the duvet. Additionally, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms.

A nice new hotel, very well done, with full restaurant and great breakfast. Nicely designed and functional room. A 33 euro drive from airport, and sitting out on a field all by itself.

Liked the hotel. Rooms are spacious and the hotel is fairly new. There are excellent train and bus links from the nearby Hoofddorp station, which is just a five minute walk away. The hotel basically sits in a field, so there aren’t any amenities like shops and restaurants close by. Due to the location the walk to the hotel could feel a bit lonely at night, even though there is a paved path that is well lit. Felt the breakfast was expensive so didn’t pay for that.

My flight was cancelled and I looked for a convenient room closed to the airport. The hotel is clean, modern and easy accessible by train. Breakfast was good. A great choice for those who need to stay close to Schiphol airport.

Bar restaurant staff was very rude. They didn't act like they even wanted to serve you. Food was supposed to be avaliable until 11pm then when you ask to order, they say "our system is updating and we can't put in the order, sorry". Then when ordering drinks or enjoying yourself, they wont ask if you want another or something else..its like your bothering them by asking for a drink. Very weird.

Wonderful hotel at a great location
The hotel is located at a major train station off the Airport. It is very new and the staff were very friendly. I'll choose this hotel again. Despite the fact that it does not have a shuttle to and fro the Airport, you can figure out how to take the train easily. It is a beautiful walk from the train station to the hotel.

Peacefull, clean and modern.
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, very clean, modern and good customer service. I like to stay in this area because of the proximity to the airport. I would stay here again, for sure! if I don't mind the 5-minute walk and the climbing of those stairs with big luggage. The only downside to this hotel is walking from the tram station to the hotel, it's a bit strange for the type of hotel, not far but not convenient, with heavy stairs/steps, it feels a bit like an isolated area, even though it is not.

Alternative to staying in the city
Staff are friendly and the room was spacious. The wind was heard howling through the window and some rained leaked in. The hotel is close to the train and bus station to get to airport and city center. I didn't see any stores or restaurants nearby other than the hotel restaurant. Overall a great stay.
