We were celebrating our wedding night. It was nice of the hotel to add some balloons, chocolates and flowers. The property is fairly new, but doesn’t feel like it in some instances.

Impeccable service from the staff. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Of particular note is the friendly bartender Ahmad who took the time to explain to me the story behind St Regis hotels, what the golden mural behind the bar represented. I was thoroughly entertained, so a big thank you to him. He is an asset.

The property is beautiful, clean and smells wonderful. The staff is outstanding. Our first day at breakfast, we felt ignored and mentioned how we felt to one of the servers. Although it was a buffet breakfast, someone still had to serves us coffee/tea/juice etc. No one made eye contact with us. We were trying to get their attention without calling out loudly for "more coffee please!" But that wasn't a big issue. The weird part happened after that.. The female who greets you at the dining room entrance and a gentleman, whom we assume is the manager came to us with 2 paper cups of coffee and written in red, on the cup, was an apology for the inconvenience.... just weird.

St. Regis Amman
Check-in was not my best experience. They seemed to have issues with their computer system. Had to wait almost 30mins for my room and I got there past 3pm.

First class hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed, large room, large bathroom with both tub and shower. Friendly staff. It is located in a high end part of town but not near places of interest or the old town area. You have to take a taxi or Uber to places of interest.

This is a fabulous, classy and welcoming hotel. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and the food and drink is delicious. Had a wonderful stay here at the beginning and end of our trip to Jordan.

Swimming pool was small. Carpet on the 8the floor hallway was torn. And it was a mandatory valet parking. Even though it was complimentary, it was inconvenient because I takes long time to go in and out every time. Staff was nice. Prices were very high for no reason. Hotel was good but definitely was not wonderful like it said on Expedia.

Extraordinary hotel. Out-Ritz's the nearby Ritz. Gorgeous property, accommodations. Fine bed linens, spacious rooms, incredible breakfast, dining. Staff highly professional. Pool gorgeous. You get what you pay for here. Worth the price tag.

Incredibly helpful staff with a beautiful hotel. The only downside is that it can be difficult to order a car to the hotel due to 2 separate entrances for the residents vs. the hotel visitors. Would gladly stay here again
