Only drawback for me was I am a vegan and there were no milk options for coffee. Some fruit but the pastries always looked so good. Fresh rolls were vegan and good. My husband and I did have trouble walking so far 2 times a day into old town for both lunch and dinner. We are getting old and were tired from 2 months of heavy walking in Lisbon. "The owner, olga, wad very helpful wirh instructions as well as information arpund the area. We loved the access to a full kitchen and lovely large seating area on the rooftop. In the room we enjoyed the most comfortable bed, hot rain shower and ruladen window shade. Great stay and certainly will recommend Happy House Guestrooms to everyone. "

"This is a wonderful property. The staff was friendly. It one wants to be near the action, then this isn't the place. This place is for a wonderful chill vacation. However, there are BOLT rides that can cheaply take one to the hot spots. "

"Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and informative; offered to help book excursions if needed and offered several recommendations of things to do ir where to eat. I recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay. Not your typical "continental breakfast." Lots of options to choose from. Pool area was beautiful. Overall, hotel is situated in a great location...town sqaure with shops, restaurants, and small beach within 15 minute walking distance from hotel....
