Staff were not very friendly, gave me a different room than what I booked and paid for and said there were no other rooms and it was my only option unless I just wanted them to cancel my reservation. After driving 15 hours, I just wanted to sleep so I didnt cancel. Building entrances (inside and outside) were very dirty.

There is 17 floors and only 2 elevators running you had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator. Rooms were not as clean and no fridge or microwave in the room.

This property is a great place to stay for access to Uptown for dining and shopping it’s also close to the interstate and centrally located. I feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot and have stayed here twice this year without issue. The rooms are clean and the staff is welcoming.
