I was amazing the house keeping staff were friendly and helpful, the front desk was super very welcoming! The pool was i think had to much chlorine when my kids came out the all had rashes on their body and can see where the swimsuit is sitting on their body. The hot tub was down and i did know because I book through expedia and so many people told me its been done for over a year very disappointing. I believe the pool area could use some sound barriers because when kids are having fun it really echoed and hurt the ears.
