The property is in pristine shape. Candice, Keith & Andrea catered to our every need and Andrea's breakfasts were over the top! Located in quaint downtown Aiken, literally everything was walkable including great shops, restaurants & entertainment.

This small hotel is a lovely setting - no matter what your reason for visiting Aiken. The owner lovingly restored the main building and then added small courtyards and gentle lighting to make it as beautiful at night as it is during the day. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!

This place is amazing!! It is gorgeous, hard to explain how beautiful it is. We were welcoming at check in and warm cookies available. We stayed in the back house. Wow!! The courtyard between the main house and back looks like a fairy tale. Flowers, water fountain, places to sit. Relaxing. Our unit was the cleanest place I've stayed. Everything was high quality. Even porches to enjoy. And the price cannot be beat. I definitely recommend staying and am ready to go back for a longer stay.

We had a great stay and had no problem upgrading our room when we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had safe overnight parking in front of the inn. The staff was very friendly and I would stay again next time we visit Aiken.

Everything about Carriage House Inn was top-notch: friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, breakfast made fresh, and a walkable downtown Aiken. My only complaint is that my mattress was too soft. There was a significant dip in the middle, so I did not sleep very well.

So Charming

This is our second time staying when my daughter shows at Bruce’s Field. Love the proximity to the barn, and the downtown location is very walkable to shops and restaurants. The best part about the Carriage House is the service; the staff truly treats their customers like family. Nice complimentary breakfast every morning, and amazing afternoon cookies! Thank you for a great stay!
