"Amazing block of apartments that are in a super quiet location. Just what we needed. Apartments are cleaned daily and everything is spotless! The owner was fantastic and let us stay in our apartment for an extra day at a small cost, as we had a very late flight that evening. It was everything we was looking for. Only thing I would suggest is to have a few more kitchen utensils but apart from that it was perfect. Thanks for having us! "

"This property is amazing. Other reviews mention the proximity to the airport and that is true however that should not be a deterrent to staying at this amazing property. The rooms are beautiful, the view is beautiful, the staff are so accommodating and welcoming and friendly. I would love to have an opportunity to return to this property again one day!"

"One night stay whilst going off to villa. This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff and I m an all, were friendly, attentive. Chatty in just the right amount of subtly. Rooms excellent, comfortable, clean. Breakfast superb. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff. "

"Lovely location, close to airport , food excellent, staff very helpful and late checkout available There are planes flying close overhead- they dont come over early or late /about 5 per day Yes the hotel wants updating - however, it is authentic and any issues are swiftly rectified - we didnt have any issues. A mosquito detereant is available to use in each room. Phone Garden or sea views The pool is warm, there is no diving or jumping as no lifeguards present. There is a children's pool - children under 12 need to be supervised. If you are looking for a relaxing, nice time and as the day goes buy, with poolside bar and food this is the place for you. There is aircon in the rooms, phones and roomservice is daily. There is also a TV and fridge - no kettle provided (we didn't need one) Greek law states you must pay a local room tax oer night 1.3 euros The bus service timetable is in reception- the times are when it leaves its starting point, not when it gets to you. If you look out towards the sea, if you see the bus come round the road near there - you habe 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop out of the driveway turn right and its on the left to go to Argostoĺion or airport. Argostoĺion: 2 euros each Airport 1 euro each Armmes beach 700 yards - 15 minute walk (as receptionist for directions/ take note of where you are walking as buses and cars do go there too and all roads look similar) At beach when having a shower wear non slip shoes! Bar, food very good "

"Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. The kitchen has everything you need, except they don’t provide washing up liquid and sponge. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony for dinner or a drink. The local tavernas do takeaway food if you don’t feel like cooking but want to eat at the apartment. The swimming pool area is lovely and relaxing, no fight for sunbeds and plenty of sunny spots. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is fairly rural and there is no centre to walk around in the evenings - just pitch black lanes, but there are restaurants nearby so plenty of places to eat. The nearby beach at Ai Helis is beautiful and only a 15 minute walk. Would recommend a car if staying for more than a couple of days. "

"I am giving 5 stars for Connie and Andy’s villa It is located in a quiet secluded location with a lovely pool. The sun shone for 7 days. It’s only a short drive to the beech and there is a restaurant there too. The local shop is a short drive and has everything you need. Andy was very helpful, not only suggesting places to visit but on hand if we needed anything. There is also an excellent taverna which you can walk to from the villa. I would definitely recommend hiring a car. Nice to see other parts of the island. Simon’s car hire was excellent. I would recommend staying at Connie and Andy’s villa. Thank you both."

"Perfect location, directly next to the beach, to the restaurants and easy to reach it from the Port. Very friendly and taking care hosts. The room was good equipped with all the necessaries and everything was clean. Thanks to the host for welcoming us. We would definitely like to come back again. "

"We stayed at the villa for a week - a mum and two daughters. We were welcomed by Andy who was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make our stay as pleasurable as could be, giving great advice about local amenities and even picking up some shopping for us (we didn't hire a car and needed bottles of water - too heavy to carry). Andy's insight and practical help made our stay so fun and relaxing. The villa has a wonderful aspect - a gorgeous view. And it has everything you could need. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms - one of us slept on the sofa bed in living room meaning we all had our own space which was great. There is absolutely no issue with planes (was a slight concern of mine). There are very few and you hardly hear them. The villa is in a lovely secluded, quiet spot. We didn't have or need a car. If we'd stayed longer maybe it would have been handy to have a car or - better - bikes! We would definitely look into hiring them another time. But without a car we managed fine - it's a 10-15 min walk to the mini-market which sells EVERYTHING you could possibly need. And a 15-20 min walk to the most magical, quiet, perfect beach (the far end of Avithos beach) - there's a little dirt track down to it. We loved it there. The white taverna at Avithos is perfect after a long day grafting in the sun and sea. We highly recommend it. There are other tavernas within 10/15 mins walk of the villa."
