2-night stay

My family and I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and there was an escort to our room which was helpful. The condition of the room itself could have been better - the bathroom walls had water stains, the showerhead had soap scum, and despite closing the balcony doors, there was little sound insulation so the noise from the street stole a good night's rest. The silver lining was that the view from the balcony was amazing, but I would not recommend this spot for a prolonged stay.

Había cucarachas en el baño, el ruido es increíble se escucha todo lo que sucede en la calle las puertas que dan al balcón no cierran por completo El agua se salía de la regadera El estacionamiento literal es un terreno baldío, sin sombra para los vehículos.

El servicio es bueno, la propiedad esta en buena zona Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario y son bastantes amplias El hotel sigue en remodelacion, sin embargo, aunque es entendible esa cuestion, deben de poner mas atencion en las mismas habitaciones; el mobiliario de las mismas esta muy descuidado, los muebles de la Master Suite son muy malos, rotos, muchos detalles en la cocina, cama, techo, etc. En general, a pesar de las remodelaciones, es muy importante poner atencion en los detalles de la misma habitacion, se ve descuidado y sientes que no vale lo que pagas Por otro lado la comida es muy buena, y todo lo demas lo compensa

Es un hotel que se está renovando por el huracán, pero en la madrugada hubo tormenta y se metió el agua a mi cuarto, se fue la luz y nunca me mandaron a nadie para sacar el agua o auxiliarme

Soy huesped frecuente en el mes de agosto estube en 3 ocaciones por mas de 8 dias entre las 3 ocaciones la primera vez la chapa de mi cuarto fallo fueron 2 a 3 veces a revisarla y la ultima vez que fueron estube casi 1 hora y media esperando a que la abrieran , pero la 2da vez que baje sali regañado por la persona encargada de wl mostrador muy molesto me dijo que la tarjeta nomla colocara cerca de cwlulares o junto con otra tarjeta segun el me la coifico dw nuevo pero el problema continuo y fue cuando estubimos mas dw una hora con el caloron esperando abque me abrirran nos cambiato a otra abitacion y un disculpe, la segunda vez se encontto el refrigerador sucio y ahi si nos ofrrcieron cambiar el refrigerador cosa que dijimos que no por que solo estbamos por una noche y la tercera vez estubimosb3 dias desse el dia uno que llegamos reportaos que el wc no paraba de tirar agua fueron 5 veces y nunca quedo ahi lonsienyo por el desperdiciobdw agua y por que como no se llenaba el tanque de el wc le teniamos que echar agua con un botecito e igual lo rrportr l salir y solo me dijeron lo vamos a revisar
