Had the ability to grill our own food and have a fire to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather we had way into the night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Play area for the kids. "Our stay here was brilliant. There is ample space in the home but as the weather was amazing we spent a lot of time outdoors. There are a number of outdoor spaces to be able to enjoy your time separately or together. Loved the swings under the trees for reading and used the fire pit on our last night. The kitchen is a little smaller but managed to do everything we needed to in the space. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating with every request. Would come back again without hesitation."

My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. "This wonderful cozy cottage was the perfect location for our highland adventures. Easy to find, but out of the way! The home is nicely laid out. As Americans, use appliances,outlets, etc. differently . it would have been helpful to have critical switches labeled. For example we inadvertently turned off the kitchen refrigerator by turning its switch off. This switch was located along the wall, above the counter in the same places the light switched were located."
