"The place is right next to the water - unobstructed view. The 0.7 mile walk to center of Oban was nice in good weather but we got wet several time (expected this for October). Public transportation was hard to find so needed our car. Our room was a little small and cramped, but we could see other larger rooms. Check in and parking was a bit of a hassle. "Our host Michael was charming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodationn was fantastic with spectular views over the loch.
