"The beds were too hard and pillows too soft for my liking. I could never really get comfortable enough to get a good night sleep. There was also someone's hair all over the shower curtain/tub and the bathroom sink took too long to drain. I addressed the issue with the front desk before I left for the day, and the issue was resolved before I got back. I did discover the next morning that not all of the hair was gone. "

"Not bad. Great location. Not the cleanest and frustrated no option for late checkout in a Sunday where the hotel was pretty much empty. The city of salt lake is pretty much closed and empty on Sundays too. "

"Love that the hotel is nice and in the heart of downtown, Easy walking distance to lots of shops and dining. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and nice sized bathroom. Only thing to complain about was no constent fan option on the a/c. I like fan running to help reduce the city traffic noise. "

"The Villa suite was spacious, comfortable, and had added amenities like steam in the shower, fireplace, and a jacuzzi. The kitchen was well equipped. The jacuzzi was in the bedroom, which was odd. Other than the bathroom and kitchen, the Villa was dated and well worn, and the floors were pretty badly damaged. Our Villa was directly across from the 24 hour a day swimming pool with no view of the mountain. So, we were looking directly at the pool from the balcony, and they were looking...

"Love the accessibility to the slopes, hotel restaurants, ski lockers and overall feel of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I also appreciated the possibility of a late check out. The rooms are a bit dated and not as well maintained (sink was clogged in one room, toilet in another) and the pool advertised on the website is at an additional charge which felt a bit scammy… especially for the price of the room. Overall enjoyed the stay but few upgrades would make the experience better! "

"I was unhappy with the lack of housekeeping. I rented a 2-bedroom suite for top dollar. One would expect there would be daily housekeeping which was not the case."
