One of the issues we had with the property is the lack of accurate signage. Due to flight delays, we arrived late in the evening, and it was hard to find the "lobby." It doesn't face the street and no lighted sign indicates where it is. Rather, it's at the back of the property and isn't a traditional lobby. You actually check in at the cafe/bar.
