"I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean and the lobby had a pleasant floral scent. Parking is $25.00 per day with in and out privileges using a fob. Rooms with a full view of the brige and corner rooms have an upgrade price. "

"Well priced for a large two bedroom studio. Only complaint was the room needed a couple more garage cans. "

"Motto was great. The microtel experience was exactly what I needed for this trip. This part of Philadelphia was very walkable, and Motto was in the middle of everything. I was close to public transportation, dining, retail, could walk to Rittenhouse Square, and was close to historical Philadelphia. I have not been paid to endorse Motto or the Stephen Starr restaurants, but both were awesome. "

"This place is great! I enjoyed my stay there I would give it 5 starts but one night around 11 pm the fire alarm went on 3 times and people started to evacuate and each time we were told it was a false alarm. Although this was unintentional, it was disturbing experience specially at a time that late as it was not just one, but 3 times over a span of an hour. "

"It was clean and the staff was friendly, i would've liked if there was a microwave, but overall it was good, very close to Citizens Bank Park so very pleased with the experience "

"The hotel stay overall was great. The front desk staff were awesome, professional and helpful. The only downside was parking. Philly is the worst for parking and towing vehicles. Hotels realize this and capitalize on it. Parking here at the hotel was $38.00 per day and that was on the cheaper end compared to some of the surrounding hotels that went for as much as $70 per day. Maybe the hotel would consider parking packages just like room reservations. The more days you book, the better the...

"the hotel is well located, in the heart of the city, however the breakfast is the same every day, so if you stay more than 3 days is boring ...so you might need to find a different restaurant for breakfast"

"Great stay at Hyatt House. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly and the free daily breakfast was pretty good. No noise at all and I stayed on the 1st floor. The best part was the location!!! Right across from King of Prussia mall so close to the highway and TONS of restaurants options. Would definitely recommend and stay here again 10/10!!"

"Stayed twice at this location. Will book again however staff decides if you pay for parking. 1st stay staff let me park 2 cars for free. 2nd stay had to pay for both cars"
