"We thought it was really neat that the hotel themeing was to a cruise! Only stayed one night but will definitely come back to experience more of the hotel offerings!"

"The staffs are great and responses are quick. I had to kill a cockroache in the kids bedroom and there were anta in the kitchen. The room we had was by the pool so the music was really loud, cannot nap or sleep before 9pm. The cleanliness is good. The kids pool has poop so we didn't get to enjoy it the first day. Their music choice could be more kid friendly and less heart breaking songs (not all are depressive songs but it was a mixture). Overall, it was good. The kids enjoyed their own bunk...

"The property was clean and beautiful so well maintained. We went in May and it was only about 1/3 full. We did have neighbors but it is so well sound proofed we never even heard them. They made it so easy with everything on site. We parked our car and just rode the buses. Loved how many lifeguards they had on duty made us feel extra safe with all the water options!!"

"My family enjoys staying here family friendly accessible to Disney World. I loved the pool area and our room had balconyon pool side which was nice. Everything was great. I do not recommend the Applebee's that's connected to the hotel terrible. The mall outlet is close by. For souvenirs or stuff you want for Disney, check out the walmarts before you go spend money elsewhere."
