"It was a brief one night stay on a business trip and it was easy to locate and affordable. The location was close to public transport and shops so perfect for me. The breakfast inclusive option was great. There was variety of food to choose from and was a fantastic thing. Room could do with a bed lamp and a wardrobe that allows use of the wall socket close to the bed."

"It feela like you're in your own bubble, whilst being in the shared space! Earplugs and earphones are provided for your comfort. The towel although washed, still had black/grey stains on it. Also, there is no aircon in the capsule, merely a ventilator. Perfect place if you arrive or depart during the odd hours! Or just in London to party for a night and need a place to sleep."

"Room right next to the main rd, no double glazing, Shared bathroom very very small and not maintained, If you run the taps it smells and generally smelled of damp! Clean bedding but towels were not. All need a good review of maintenance and put right, the room did what was required. Not sure if fire compliant has signs and extinguishes but not sure when last checked and the fire door had gaffa tape on! Would I stay there again NO."

"The bedroom space was fine, but the shared living space, especially the kitchen, was filthy and left that way. No cleaners came in daily as you'd expect with any hotel. No reception on-site either which was inconvenient. Some bathroom facilities were broken and unusable such as the sink tap. "
