"This was a great location for my needs. Not too far of a drive to the beach. Very close to the freeway. The parking lot was a little crowded, I'm hoping it wasn't being used for other things."

"Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. I didn’t have my room cleaned one of the days, and the fitness center only has a treadmill and a bike. "

"Their was homeless people hanging out next to the property maybe because their is a gas station right next to the property it felt unsafe walking from the parking lot to the room you should have a gate dividing the property from the public outside over by the fitness room and the gate that lets the cars in and off the property, maybe you could use your room key to open the gate"

"I believe they are understaffed. Reception had a sign that said on premises but not available. 3 parties including myself waited 20 minutes in lobby with no one to attend. The phones were also ringing off the hook. Young lady showed up with a spray and rag. Also the reservation name and property name were not the same. "

"Customer service was great. Keep up the hard work specially the housekeepers. The only thing I didn’t like, the washer and dryer were expensive. ($3.00 for a wash and $3.00 dryer) "

"Stay was comfortable and felt so welcomed the moment we walked in to the lobby. It is in a great location near Moonlight beach and near LEGOLAND and other prime attractions. Only thing we noticed was that it is near a train station that could be heard from the hotel at any given time of the day but that did not bother us. We had so much fun and enjoyed every minute of our stay! "

"The check-in was fast and easy with Jackie at the front desk. She made me feel welcome and gave a comfortable room. I got plenty of sleep for work the next day. "
