"My husband and I arrived early to the hotel. The front desk was kind enough to reach out to us, when the room was ready, The first morning when we were showering there was very low water pressure and no hot water. We let the desk know, they did change the shower head. The next morning still no hot water? The bath towels are small, cheap. We did let the desk know about the cold water again.
