"Lovely family hotel, Amimation team were amazing, the kids loved them all, bar staff and hotel staff lovely and friendly, clean. Drinks were good and no queues at the bar. The only real complaint is that it is supposed to be a no smoking anywhere around the hotel but people were smoking everywhere. At the theatre, around the pool, at the bar, outside the restaurant. We couldn't get away from it which is dissapointing as it's only a few guests spoiling it for everyone else rather than those few...

"This was my first experience in a hostel and overall it was great. I felt safe and I liked that I could book an all girls room. The beds were like little bee hives, and very spacious.
