"The front desk manager, Melissa, was extremely helpful when there was an issue with the thermostat in our room. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to an impending snow storm, we had to cut our stay short. Melissa worked with the gentleman from Expedia to complete my travel insurance claim. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"Everything was good overall. The front receptionist did not greet us, she looked like she hate her job. The room was clean except there’s red spot on one of the bed sheets. They did changed it next day after I told the front desk. The hotel is pet friendly, we could hear noises occasionally from our room at night. The room is super dry during the winter I recommend bring a humidifier. We bought one after we couldn’t sleep on the first night. "

"Great stop on a longer trip- the front desk clerk, Christian, was particularly helpful. Poor guy had to wield a plunger for us and recommended dining options with an equally cheerful and polite attitude. He seems to really enjoy his job.
