Loved the vibe of the lobby and bar area. Hotel was clean and super convenient to the KFC Yum Center to walk to for the concert we attended. Highly recommend!
The most friendly staff and welcoming to pets that we've experienced on our trip! We also loved being in the heart of the activity downtown so we could park once and walk to everything.

I did not feel the hotel had first class amenities. The room was clean. It only had 1 office chair. No comfy chairs. No place for two people to sit and have their morning coffee.
The seats in the lobby were dirty
Staff was nice and helpful. Lobby was large. Our King Room was small but clean. They charged us $25 to check in early - at 1:30 pm which seems ridiculous. Parking garage was another $23 per day. Good location.
Our whole experience was excellent. Room was nice, staff was friendly, bar/restaurant staff (Michael and Lauren) were friendly and helpful. This hotel is very pet friendly which is important as we were traveling with two dogs.
