Our experiences are a journey through the natural landscape of La Maliosa, which will take you to the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, allowing you to savor its authentic essence.
The tour begins with a pleasant walk around the winery, reaching the top of a hill with breathtaking views of the Maremma hills. Here, our expert staff will illustrate the characteristics of the historical varieties used, explaining the production process and the Corino Method, which guides every phase of the production of natural wine and organic EVO oil.
The visit continues in the winery, where you can observe the entire winemaking process and discover where some of our wines are aged in barrels. Then, we will move to the tasting room, where, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, you will taste two of our natural wines, accompanied by a selection of cheeses from the Caseificio di Sorano and Manciano and carefully chosen artisanal cold cuts from the area. Additionally, homemade Tuscan bread will be the perfect accompaniment to taste our organic EVO oil, obtained from the cold pressing of Tuscan cultivars.
During the tasting, our expert will be available to guide you through this sensory experience and answer any questions or curiosities you may have. We will do our best to make this experience unforgettable, so that you can leave Maremma with La Maliosa in your heart.
