Set in a quiet country lane not far from the M6 - but plenty far enough to be completely rural and peaceful. This was a perfect stop off point for heading north. Good hearty breakfast and very friendly owners. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the quiet countryside setting and the bedroom was warm, welcoming and comfortable. We had a lovely quiet night's sleep, followed by an excellent cooked breakfast! A friendly, welcoming host...............we will book again!

It was good value for the money but there are rooms for improvement. The bedding wer0e dirty but I noticed before check out there were spare ones. The shower water temperature fluctuated (very small heating package system. No slippers and floor was freezing cold. Breakfast was very limited. Location is good if you were on holiday and wanted to enjoy horse back riding. Overall fair value.

Recommend. Would stay there again.
Nice clean, tidy room with some nice decor touches. Lovely floor. My bed was very comfy but the other one could have done with a mattress protector as could feel the springs. Weather was very cold but always good to come back to a nice warm cozy room. Hot tap in the bathroom was very hard to turn off. New light fitting in the bathroom and the ceiling from the old one hadn’t been repainted. Outer door stuck a bit as did our door and key was tricky to turn. Nitpicking I know, but overall it is a lovely place. Breakfast was a very good. Hot or cold choices and hot freshly cooked to order. Best coffee I’ve ever had in a bed and breakfast. Friendly helpful owner. I would definitely recommend this place and happily stay there again.

Fab value for money Bnb
Jo was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. The BnB surpassed my expectations and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend as it's fantastic value for money - great room,great breakfast and great service!
