Needs improvement
The hotel was of poor quality. The cleanliness was poor throughout the hotel. The lift was dirty and the mirror in the lift was broken. They claimed to include a hairdryer but none was available. They claimed there was bottled water available but there was none. The wardrobes and drawers did not have any handles on them- very strange! The room above played some sort of music which continued until 10 pm at night, (it sounded as if there was some keep fit classes being conducted in this room. There was no tea/ coffee available but to be honest they claimed it had a kettle and that's exactly what was there. There was no information booklet in the room
