For 400 euros/night (room only), the cups were dirty; the teabag holder had melted brown sugar stuck at its bottom (see photo); they gave you an opened teabag without checking (see photo); when clearing dustbin they dropped a new gabbage bag inside it but forgot to open it; they broke the hairdryer and left a broken metal piece on the bathroom floor (see photo) which almost cut my bare foot. Wifi at ~20 euros/day – no one asks if you are Hilton Honors member when you check in but if you call them they’ll waive it. No toothbrush / tooth paste, small face towels, bathrobes or slippers. Call and they will provide but you need to call everyday. Shuttle boat costs 6 euros per stay but the hotel still suggests you to take public transportation at peak hours, because they do not check your room key before embarkment. Construction worksite next to the hotel (apparently also hotel development) is noisy all the day. Check out is slowest ever seen. I asked a bellboy to tell me when my transportation arrived, while I queued up to check out, but he refused to do that – he said there’s still time. Even if he's right, there were 3 of them at the Belldesk not serving any customers, and surely he could help with that.
