“We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed……

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Carlton Cannes sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel, sehr sauber und modern. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal. Besonders der Beach Club hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es nur sehr wenige Liegen (ca. 20) am Pool gibt, die bei gutem Wetter sehr früh für den ganzen Tag belegt waren. Leider gab es sonst keine freien Sitzmöglichkeiten oder Alternativen im Pool-/Gartenbereich, sodass wir den Pool kaum……
