"The hotel location is very convenient. Shops and restaurants are close by. Metro and train stations are also three blocks away. The room is small but clean. We were given a city view room but there was not much to see outside. One corner has construction going on and it’s mostly top of other buildings on the overall view. We also found a woman’s undies in the corner of the room where the chair was."

The front desk staff - especially Liz! - were extremely helpful and patient with all the cruisers. They kept changing our shuttle service as needed and allowed an extra hour on checkout. I would definitely stay here again! "
