"It’s beautiful. Very clean. The rooms could use some updating but it wasn’t that bad. The people working there are awesome! The dining was ok. Of course we would’ve loved ribeyes and crab legs, but the food was good enough for buffet dining. We’d definitely do this same trip again. "My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 nights in the tower suite and the entire stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and remembered us wherever we went, might be because we always left a tip, but it was nice to have the waiters and bartenders remember what we like to drink. Our butler jessica was also very helpful with reservations and anything we needed really. The entire resort was very clean and we enjoyed the food. The tacos at the mexican seafood restaurant at lunch time are a must have....

"This “resort” is run down. The staff does the best with what they are given. They try. There were days with no power, no water and some restaurants weren’t open. Small gnats come up out of the sink every night/morning. House keeping didn’t come every day. Booking excursions were a good escape (sadly) I did hear that the resort will be closing soon. It should and make room for the new, bigger and better place. The place is falling apart. "
