"Apartamento lindo, aconchegante e de excelente localização. Ao lado de um supermercado, farmácias, restaurantes diversos. A comunicação com a proprietária foi excelente. Deixou a desejar nas roupas de cama que estavam sujas, com muito cabelo feminino em todo o lençol e travesseiro, e um forte cheiro de cigarro nos travesseiros. Outra observação é que é disponibilizado apenas 1 rolo super pequeno de papal higiênico, e pra 5 dias é pouco. E não fornecem mais, aí vc acaba tendo que comprar . "

"I booked from Dec 1 to Dec 11, Two weeks before Dec 1, I sent a message to the property administrator informing her that I will arrive on Dec 2 at 9 AM, this to make sure that the apartment will be ready. "We are four adults and we found the unit way too tight for all of us. One twin bed in the dining/kitchen area, one very small room with the size of the twin bed there and then a bed for a couple with a decent size bedroom. The bathroom was very tiny. The windows were very thin and the noise from outside was very bad. Walls need to be painted and windows needs to be cleaned. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. "Muy mala experiencia: me querían cobrar por ropa de cama y toallas ( aunque en la descripción dice claramente que incluye ropa de cama PREMIUM ) El pequeño departamento tenía un olor a humedad muy fuerte ( aunque había un aromatizante) se sentía fuerte el mal olor. "Adoramos nossa estadia no Hotel Solace em Santiago. Hotel super bem localizado, muito próximo de uma estação de metrô e de ótimos restaurantes e bares. O lobby do hotel é super cheiroso, deixando uma marca sempre na entrada e na saída dos passeios. Super limpo, cama gostosa e chuveiro ótimo! Senti falta apenas de um kit amenities no banheiro, principalmente de touca de banho. E pra fechar, conta com um café da manhã bem completo, com reposições frequentes, e uma máquina de bebidas quentes e água disponíveis 100% do tempo. Também usufruímos do restaurante do hotel nos dias em que não quisermos sair para jantar e fomos muito bem atendidos. Enfim, foi uma ótima experiência nos hospedarmos neste hotel!"
