"I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, dining options were excellent, and the spa services provided a great experience. However, I did notice some areas near the rooms that could use improvement in terms of cleanliness, such as dirty plates, cans, and floors. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for those seeking a peaceful getaway, but I believe paying more attention to cleanliness near the rooms (room services) would enhance the guest experience even further!! "

"We loved the place. We brought a 3 yr old with us. Family friendly. The staffs are very friendly and professional. We chose this place more for the kid than for the food. Supervisor Alexandro in the bellboy team was exceptional. He helped us called the transportation pick-up when they were behind the schedule. I wish the management could help us exchange large bills into $5 and $10 bills, so we can tip the staffs more often for their exceptional customer service. "

"This resort was absolutely beautiful and up to my standards. It was nice and always clean. When we checked in we even got an upgraded room for free of charge. We got our suite decorated every day. The food is amazing! Loved the variety of all sorts of food. Restaurants were so good too. Hospitality was great. People were easy to talk to. Bar was great with all their drinks and desserts that they offer. Overall experience was excellent! Definitely coming back one day again. "

"We stayed 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and the service was eexcellent. They don't work for tips but if you give it, it will be good for their service. Buffet has various foods and it was delicious. I enjoyed lot of foods. They have lots of events at the property. Plenty of bars, resturent, swimming pools. As property is very huge, they provide shuttle service. If you like to walk you have plenty of areas. Nature friendly property. Drinks are really tasty. You must drink magarita with tequila. I highly recommend this property. "
