This trip had to be the worst I’ve taken. Resort was filthy, roaches around the food and the rooms were dirty even areas covered in mold!!! sheets on the bed were all stained and smelled like mildew, contacted house keeping and after changing it the new sheets were still stained and smelly! Lots of stains around curtains and throughout the room, certain things in the room were already broken when we got there (example screen door was broken and safe lock box was broken which made me feel super uncomfortable! Staff was not friendly when coming in or checking in and we did not feel like we got a breakdown of anything to do there or how to get around. Lots of harassing from the workers daily about doing this and that when we specifically told them over and over we had already done it or were not interested. I get this is a tourist place but we come to replace not to get harassed! Again food was super unappetizing and half if not most of the time the food was completely raw. Super unprofessional about transportation even when booking with Expedia, we had paid $70 for round trip from airport to resort and the last day no one had record of us paying nor can they confirm we paid. I had paid in cash because for some reason my card didn’t want to accept payment(now I know why with these scammers) we paid cash and they reassured me I was in the system and they even had a receipt for themselves. Last day they charged me another $30 to get to airport. Horrible and nasty experience!!
