Excellent property with many options. The dining experience in the restaurants was really outstanding. The only issue I had was with the quantity of recreational boats on the beach. Besides that wonderful vacation.

The property was clean, quiet and the service was great. There only a couple of things which I was not pleased with. The entire facility was hot like if the A/C was not working. The minibar did not cool at all and I was told by staff that was something normal in all the rooms.

Lopesan Costa Bávaro is a beautiful resort! From my room to the restaurants and everything in between, I was truly impressed with how modern and well maintained it was. The service was excellent! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and eager to help out. The food was also delicious! By far the best food I’ve ever had at any resort in DR! They have tons of dining options. Also, the beach and pool were amazing! I had such a great experience. I highly recommend this resort to both couples and families!

The property is very beautiful. however, the vacation did not start off that weel. we arrived whiles it was raining. they took us through a muddy route and we had to pull and carry our own luggage. secondly, you have to pay for bowling and the arcade...beware. majority of the restaurants are always "booked' but are NEVER FULL OF DINERS. my entire party got a stomach from the food. it was overall okay, would not go back

To whom this may concern, We spent 2 nights at your hotel from May 21-23rd. We were beyond dissatisfied.  When checkin in we were promised a bottle of wine. That bottle never arrived.  Getting into our hotel room it was wet and smelled moldy. We called the front desk who didn’t answer. We went and saw a manager in person and they told us it’s normal. And they wouldn’t give us a different room.  We slept in a wet bed because everything in the hotel room was wet. Our clothing in our luggage was wet.  The app to book any restaurant reservation was down so for our entire stay we could not book any of the restaurants. We talked to the manager and that one told us there is nothing he could do.  We never received our towel cards which we found out when we tried to go to the pool.  The staff was super unfriendly and we had to eat the buffet every night.  We called room service one night and they delivered our food 2 hours later.  We never got the welcome drink nor the free tickets to the water park. We booked Lopesan based on a recommendation from a friend who told us the restaurants would be amazing.  We never got to experience that! Therefore we want a full refund for our stay.

Property the great and clean! Buffet had great options and my husband had plenty to choose from given his food allergies. The gym was amazing. The only thing I was bummed about was the Kids Splash park being closed for maintenance. I pretty much chose this location for the gym and splash park. So it was a bit disappointing to learn it wasn’t open during my stay. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Overall I’d give this place a 3/5. We had a Junior swim up room which was very very nice until the last night we had a leak from the ceiling. No problem as they were there within 10 minutes to fix it. Lots to do and plenty of adults only spaces. I do feel like the staff could’ve been a little more friendly and welcoming. Overall I would recommend it

Room moldy smell. Only one location to pick up and drop off towels. You can’t pick up towels unless you have certain cards. Non Alcoholic welcome drinks are not available. Staff doesn’t speak English. Resort is too big and inconvenient to walk around to reach restaurants or coffee shops. A/c stops insides restaurants when temperature reaches 30 Celsius. No beach service( food or drinks) unless you are a unique member. Only one huge pool by the beach and very crowded. Other pools are too small and far form the beach l. Too crowded by the beach that you can’t find chairs.

This hotel was very good and the staff was amazing, starting at cm the check will in with esterbina and Marcela, Claribel, Peña, the waiters. Andy, Hendrick, Virgilio Jonathan they treated us very well. The VIP section “Unique” was superb… the attentions, the service, the food and beverages, the different restaurants. We like the English pub, very cozy and very nice place to chatter and share with others. The room, the bed. Definitely everything was amazing at our stay in Lopesan. We will be back, very soon.

It was a great property love being there. Can’t wait to go back as typical of most all inclusive in the Dominican Republic. You’re not there to visit the area. They are vacation relax and stay at the resort. Food was great. Staff was great if you know how to speak Spanish, that’s a plus.
