"Family of 5 had a wonderful time. We got an upgraded 5 bedroom villa with housekeeper and private pool. We rode horses, played tennis, golf, scuba, shooting, visited Catalina Island and went to the beach. Lots of good dining options. Service was excellent everywhere we went and we felt safe. We will be back."

"We spent five wonderful nights at this Villa. From the moment we walked in we were delighted by what we saw. Very large space, amazing pool which we spent plenty of time at. Location is near the marina which makes quick stops to grab groceries easy and also dinners in that area were just a short walk (or golf cart ride). Most importantly, the staff was always extremely attentive and it all started with Homberto who was our primary butler. We opted for some meals out just to get out of house, but when we did eat at the house, the Chef and staff were extraordinary. We would definitely come back to this Villa and look forward to our next visit to Casa De Campo!"

"This property is fantastic. It is just as nice, if not nicer, than it appears on the listing. There is plenty of outdoor space and the villa was able to accommodate a group of 13 comfortably. Carlos is a fantastic host and his staff at the Villa are kind and incredibly helpful. Would absolutely recommend Los Limones 12 to anyone staying in Casa de Campo!"

"It was great in its early days now appears rundown except the swimming pool and gazebo that are both excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Here is the problem, the day we arrived was raining and water went from the floor into 2 bedrooms, 1/2 inch in entire bedroom plus 2 inches in the "bedroom" that is next to the pool, it drained the next day. There was no hot water for 48 hours, finally after many tries they figured out that the heater was burnt, then they brought a new unit but it took exactly 4 minutes before hot water appeared in any of the bathrooms because there is no water recirculating pump, so taking a shower was a hassle during the entire stay. The batteries in both the golf carts were bad the next day new carts were rented but we had to wait until they arrived. The sheets and bed covers were at the end of life, very thin and obviously ancient. The covers in the pool chaise lounges were green many years ago, they are totally discolored and not appealing visually. The couple of days thar we ate breakfast was good but our only dinner there was Thanksgiving and it was a disaster, we requested Filet Mignon and the meat was so tough and tasteless that most of it went untouched. The only redeeming part was that we requested a refund and we received 2 days back. We think that the advertising was false : there was no river within a km from the house, There was a distant view of the ocean and by our standards does not measure up to what they charge."

"Our family of 9 stayed at Luna Llena over Christmas week. When we arrived, the two housekeepers, Carmen and Liza, unpacked our luggage. I've never had anyone do that before. It was such a treat and was a sign of the super high level of service to follow. Junior, the house manager, made us feel right at home and took care of everything we needed. He had an extra golf cart for us, booked a masseuse to come to the house, made the best cocktails, and said yes to every request including when we changed plans. Everyone in our group really liked Junior and all of the staff. Wilson, the chef, cooked amazing meals. We ate almost all of our meals at the house. We tried the beach food the first day. It was fine, but not nearly as good as Wilson's. He accommodated all of our food preferences. There were plenty of options for everyone at every meal. The villa is gorgeous. We spent lots of time by the pool, hot tub, and game room. The trip couldn't have been nicer, especially because of the staff and their professional level of service."

"We recently visited this villa in Casa de Campo for a family summer trip. We have often stayed in Case de Campo, and this villa was our best experience yet. The property is great, the staff is amazing, and the management (thanks, Sam) is extremely communicative. Eddy the butler was fantastic, as well as Chef Carlos' cooking. The location is super close to the beach. Service was top-notch. We will be staying with them again. Thank you to all for everything."
