Great views for pictures and videos if you’re a content creator or just enjoy doing so. I would definitely recommend this resort. ”

“Nice if you like solitude and being in nature, and don't mind "rustic". Big open air villas surrounded by trees (even a few baobabs), which are frequent by monkeys (including red colobus). Not so nice if you are used to excellence and attention to detail in everything. Resort is in need of TLC at a minimum or renovation at a maximum to make it worth the price. All of the cushions are either worn out or torn with the cotton pocking out or zippers not closing... I would not recommend booking any……

Staff offered outstanding customer service!! - room was clean, bed was comfortable -most amenities was available , location close to shopping centre and buses - air conditioning was working well - delicious meal ( breakfast and dinner ) -finally, I would suggest to do some renovations on shower ”

“Die Hotelanlage ist durch den wunderbaren Garten sehr grün und viele Naturgeräusche laden zur Entspannung ein. Meinen Cocktail genoss ich am Pool und das köstliche Essen wurde von sehr netten Angestellten serviert. Sowieso war das Team sehr hilfreich für die Beantwortung meiner Fragen bezüglich meiner Weiterreise. Der Strand ist einfach in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. ”

“A very relaxing place to stay and recuperate. We had a fantastic sea view to the front and side of the room. That did mean that when the storms came we also had a very wet floor as the front just has mesh panels and no windows (but we were very grateful for the refreshing breeze!) but this was quickly dried up with some towels. Housekeeping available everyday and excellent service. Room had a ceiling and a mosquito net over the bed. As it was hot and humid when we were there it could be quite……

“PROS: The hotel is on beautiful grounds with a lovely pool and attended by friendly staff. CONS: The food is really very bad, the bedding and pillows should be burnt, and they use an incredibly unsafe and outdated credit card system. OVERALL: There are so many cool and interesting places to stay on Zanzibar. I'd opt for somewhere else.”

“There was an issue on arrival as I was told I needed to pay even though I had made a prior payment with my credit card online. This was eventually resolved but there is clearly a problem in the arrangement between the hotel and Expedia.”
