The hotel had a lot of people that weekend. We were o town for a wedding and on both nights had to park very far to get to our rooms. It seems very over packed. We wondered if it was open to the public? Also, the prices for food and drinks is so high! Rooms are ok. I did not want a HC accessible room. But oh well.

My family loved the pool and lazy river! However, the pool hours are ridiculous! They close at 7pm. Unlike other resorts in Phoenix or hot tempetature location like Pal Springs that stay open until 10 to avoid heat stroke!! Another issue, room refrigerator didn't work properly, hence spoling food. Clearly because of the way the fridge is housed. Guest service was mediocre with the exception of one or two emoloyees. Overall, experience was NOT the best!

Grounds of this hotel are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is dated as it is older and there were lots of kids in diapers in the pool that bothered me. But it was quiet and we enjoyed our stay.

Booked here because my kids love to swim and thought they would enjoy the water park . But the experience I had with staff over their made me and my family never want to return. Far from friendly from ordering or asking a simple question it was like you were bothering them. Was kinda upset that I paid so much money for a suite only to walk in and the room look so old looking refrigerator doesn’t work and one of the dresser drawers missing. Me thinking this is suppose to be a higher end resort it would look better. Don’t think I would be returning for another stay.

While it appears to be a newer renovated room, tiles were already loose in the shower and loose threads in the carpet. After 6pm, the entire campus reeked of marijuana. River Ranch was nice. No shaded areas in the various pools there. In the suite pool, the hours were extended which was nice but zero staff around. 2 of the 3 nights people were smoking pool side. Pool floors very rough, actually cut my sons foot in 2 places. While accessible room was nice with walk in shower and bench, it was located in the middle of the building and there was a lack of accessible parking. Staff were friendly but only found in the main lobby that was jn a different building. Restaurant on site was very tastey. Resort not necessarily in line with typical Hiltons stayed at but definitely would not pay full price.

I like the layout of room but they were very outdated and the carpet was discussing.

So this is my 10th year staying at this property for my birthday previous years I stayed in the Casitas which were quite old and had an old field to them this year I decided to stay in a suite as the Casitas are no longer available. The suite was extremely expensive and had quite a few problems that you would not expect from a room as expensive as it was. The couch had stains all over it the floor had stains everywhere all throughout the living room area as well as the master bedroom the light in the master bathroom would sporadically not turn on with the switch. The AC never got cold we turned it down to 65° and it felt like it never reached below 80 degrees. Sprinkler head in the master closet had a lot of corrosion and look like it was going to be faulty at any moment bed had stains all over the skirts. There were panels missing so there is open exposed cabinets and the body wash was empty it was just so many things that were wrong with the room. I went to the lobby to turn in my keys and advise what my experience was and the best that they would do was refund the $34 fee that they charge at the hotel I will be reaching out to Expedia as well as the Hilton directly to see what they'll are willing to do to make this right.
