When we arrived, they couldn't find a reservation and it took about a half an hour to get a room.... Even though I had the confirmation number on my phone.... The front desk staff was extremely courteous, they offered us bottled water, and continue to update us on the room reservation, which was nice but no accommodation for having to wait a half an hour...... The casino floor was full and active, I love the layout of the place.... It was fun and exciting, and the bartenders were hard-working to accommodate the full load of people..... The room was basic but clean so no complaints there at all.... We did not get a chance to eat anything so I cannot comment on any of the food items......

It was a nice place, but rooms are outdated. If you have allergies, bring a mini humidifier as rooms are very stuffy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Our safe did not work as it was the older type and a key was needed. No staff in the hotel has the key or knew where to get the key. Although they were willing to give us a new room, we just used our friends safe. We stayed at the stardust tower and had to go to the casino tower to get wrist bands for the pools. - this makes no sense to me. We should be able to get the wrist bands at our tower, I shouldn’t have to walk through the casino to do this as it’s time consuming AND they should tell you this when you check-in. However, the staff is super friends and helped any way they could. Overall it was a nice stay. I don’t think I would stay again as for the price we paid, it needs a very big update.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel was priced better than most in the area and everything was good. No issues and clean. Only issue is the smoking in Casio but that is in a different building from hotel.

Overall, very average property. Nothing fancy/elegant, but also not unbearable. Compare this hotel to your local holiday inn. For the price of roughly $250 on memorial day weekend, it was worth it. Any other weekend, I would have been let down. Room was average. Carpets are old and could be cleaned. Balcony doors are sealed shut. Smart TV was a plus. The check in process was great, liked the pre-check in process and virtual key on the app. Allowed me to bypass the front desk and go straight to my room upon arrival.

Worst Hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Checked in on a Thursday and never received maid service. No new towels. Bathroom was not clean. Sink in room had trouble draining. I travel a lot and never experienced things like this. I would not stay there again for the money per room.

This is a good property for a few nights, but not something I would recommend for vacationing. What is best about the property is that because it is attached to the casino there is always activity and staff on duty to assist. There is also a ton of security, so even coming back late there was no concern for safety.

My family and I had an all around good stay. Rooms were good, quiet in the room, clean rooms and bathroom., staff was very helpful, valet made life great with all the raun from the weekend.

Loved this hotel. I stayed in room 1404 at the stardust tower on Saturday. Very clean and quiet spot. Vinay from the front desk was super nice and friendly! He was very helpful and had a smile on his face always. If I stay in king of Prussia again it will for sure be here.

The security and staff were nice. I didn't like that i had to put up a $100 security deposit up front. I did get it back the next day but they should claim that from the beginning

the suite rooms are nice, some have separate living rooms and bedroom. I do like to dual air condition units. I don't like the shower area. There is NO fan cutoff so it constantly runs and therefore you hear a hum the entire time. There is only a glass half-wall for the shower that lets water to splash all over the floor. Yes there is a towel for the floor but it's annoying to get out of the shower onto a wet towel or mat.

It was run down the place is old . The food venues they had on site was not open to public all private venue . I went and had to get my own towels . This place sucked and will never stay there nor will I recommend them to anyone . I don’t care if they gave me a free room don’t waste your time or money. Period
