"Great beach side location! We encountered a storm on Saturday morning which resulted in flooded areas around the property—including the lobby. The staff was incredible in offering alternative seating for breakfast and comped the meal. They were super helpful in making certain hotel guest were comfortable, and needs were met in an unforeseen circumstance—I would definitely stay again. Kuddos to Ectera at the front desk and the bartender—David??"

"Property was nice, well kept up. Room was spacious and clean- bed was not very comfortable. Gulf view from our room was beautiful. Front desk staff when we arrived(May 31st 3:00pm) were kind and helpful, we had issues upon check in with Expedia not sending over payment but they promptly called to resolve the issue. Staff at check out were not friendly(June 3rd 11:00am). Over all a decent stay for the $$ but would likely go back to Miramar area since this property is farther from good restaurants...

"This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! "

"We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, who took care of us quickly and efficiently. At first, the clerk was not aware that I had reserved two rooms, but then is became apparent that the rooms were under two different confirmation numbers. "Super easy check in. My room was ready so I was able to check in a little bit early. There is a snack corner right by the front desk with several drink and snack options. It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was super clean and and housekeeping came everyday. All in all great stay! "

"Everything was awesome clean big room, big pool. Only the continental breakfast food was laking all supplies and being refilled as needed.
