The staffs are great and responses are quick. I had to kill a cockroache in the kids bedroom and there were anta in the kitchen. The room we had was by the pool so the music was really loud, cannot nap or sleep before 9pm. The cleanliness is good. The kids pool has poop so we didn't get to enjoy it the first day. Their music choice could be more kid friendly and less heart breaking songs (not all are depressive songs but it was a mixture). Overall, it was good. The kids enjoyed their own bunk bed and tv.

They booked me and my son on 5th floor with broken elevator they knew it and didnā€™t say anything until I mentioned it to them so I had to carry all my Stuff up 5 floors. They shouldā€™ve told me when checking in and either offered different room or help. The room was nice and spacious. But itā€™s pretty ghetto there the people that stay there and garbage everywhere. Empty beer cases along side property black and mild cigars. People drinking straight up liquor bottles in family areas. If thatā€™s your style so be it but not mine with children

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible... HR doesnt even reach back out. Fetuses in there pool with children, lying to quest about it, made my childen sleep in the loppy why my room was paid for. Pool shut down on our last day. Didnt try to accommodate anything. I wouldnt refer this horrible place for childen to ANYONE, even if it was free.

Room was not clean. Floors were so dirty both in living and bedroom. Toilet and shower would not stop running. Maintenance came and fixed toilet but. It shower and said just turn it the other way which was on. Fan and light in room would randomly turn on and off all day and night. Dirty clothes left behind from a previous guest. Check in is 4:00 but check out is 10:00. Limited pool seating. Very inappropriate towel/pool staff. Chasing me out of pool area to get my number. After you check in you are greeted by very pushy employees trying to sell you time share tours. The pool was fun and kids had a great time. Did not eat on property.

There were so many problems we left after one night. They overbooked the room and gave us a key to an occupied room. We spent SO much time waiting around for them to correct multiple issues. The room we got was smaller than what we booked. It was filthy. There was a big hole in the wall with wires exposed (maybe used to have a fire alarm cover?). Walls are thin. The waterpark hours are only 11-7 and checkout is at 10. Most staff try to be accommodating but half the time what one person said was not true (or at least another staff person would say it wasn't true).

It was a nice weekend getaway, water park was good, very crowded, more people than chairs available. The room was average, missing batteries for the tv remote and the ceiling fan worked with a remote, which we did not find until the morning of check out. There was a large soft spot on floor near the bathroom entrance, resort may need to look into that, could be a liability issue in the future. Staff was always polite and respectful, overall it was a good stay, undecided if I would stay again.
