"Friendly staff, clean room. Close to beach. Wasnt told not to enter your room info for guest wifi and was charged for wifi. Otherwise it’s free to guest if you don’t enter your info. Front desk should make this known at check in. Would defiantly stay again! "

"This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! "

"Property was nice, well kept up. Room was spacious and clean- bed was not very comfortable. Gulf view from our room was beautiful. Front desk staff when we arrived(May 31st 3:00pm) were kind and helpful, we had issues upon check in with Expedia not sending over payment but they promptly called to resolve the issue. Staff at check out were not friendly(June 3rd 11:00am). Over all a decent stay for the $$ but would likely go back to Miramar area since this property is farther from good restaurants...

"We loved this resort! The pirates did magic and balloon animals, and mermaid Misty made an appearance. All of this was a hit with our children. We enjoyed the drinks and the location of the beach. The breakfast was fantastic. Perfect family vacation spot! "

"Had the best time on the floating house. Great weekend getaway. Hanging out on the upper deck with drinks , and the best view of the bay and sunset. Highly recommended. We will definitely book this again this summer . Thank you "

"Finding the specific building at midnight was frustrating since it wasnt clearly marked. And there was sone construction going on in the shared lot. Over all, its a great place to stay!"

"We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, who took care of us quickly and efficiently. At first, the clerk was not aware that I had reserved two rooms, but then is became apparent that the rooms were under two different confirmation numbers. Not sure if that was an Expedia problem or if I did something wrong with the reservation. I'll just remember for the next trip. Otherwise, a super experience."
