9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (333)
"Overall, it was good! Good price, good location, good cleanliness, and beds with curtains. However, the room smelt like a dormitory, and the air was a bit stuffy. Also, multiple hair dryers and bathrooms were out of order the last day of a long weekend."

"Very unique hostel property. Near enough the French Quarter and VERY near Frenchman Lane to be convenient for walking. Staff and management are fantastic. Seabrook Villa
3.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (364)
"Villa was great. We had a 2 bedroom & the price was very reasonable. The ceiling had a small leak from upstairs unit but it was dried up and didn’t interfere with our stay. My only complaints would be the water pressure for the shower was really low and the waitress at the restaurant/bar wasn’t very friendly- in a rush to get us out. Overall we were happy with our stay & would book again. "
