We had a fantastic stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the views were spectacular. Check in was a breeze, and staff were helpful and professional. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

We had the pleasure of the American falls view room and benefitted from a great experience with the fireworks display in full view from our corner window. Pleasant check in and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again if visiting.

1- Serious issues with air conditioning system .Could not sleep properly due to noise of the blower and the direction of the blow . 2- poor car parking system 3- fire alarm started blowing early morning it was announced afterwards that it was a technical issue 4- proper information about the facilities in the hotel was not provided by staff . 5- food was not available after 11 pm OVERALL IT WAS A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE STAYING THERE

So, this place isn’t luxurious but it’s definitely nice enough. We had nothing but problems with the wifi throughout our two day stay, a fire alarm evacuated the entire hotel one morning, and the hot tub was down. They refused to open up the “other” hot tub and pool that is only open on weekends! And they charged an extra $21 per day in addition to the $85 valet charge as taxes! But you can’t beat the location, the restaurants and options, and the view may have been worth a $500 night stay. No doubt.

Horrible customer service. I was trying to reach someone at the hotel. They would not speak to me because I booked through Expedia. Expedia didn’t hear back from the hotel until the day of my check in. What was the point to reach out then? It was kids birthday and I couldn’t make any proper arrangements through the hotel. Valley parking was $100. Wow. I had children and seniors with me. Nice way to take advantage of people. I’ve stayed in Niagara multiple times a year. Last time I will stay at this hotel.

Fallsview room view was a joke. We had to look over a desk to see the falls We have another reservation in July. Hopefully the next room will be better

Quiet, except the fire alarm went off at 8:30 in the morning. The flashing light did not go off in our room. It’s a good thing I wasn’t dead, because I wouldn’t have known about the alarm. Safety concern.

Parking experience was awful, with no parking in the hotel available and no valet to take my car to the external parking lot. Checkin was full and slow. No one offered to take our luggage to the room. Less than half of the elevators were working, and as hotel was full, leaving the room was always annoying because we had to wait more than 20min to maybe get an elevator we were able to get in and many times we decide to take the stairs even been on the 35th floor. Room was very outdated. Room service menu that should show in the tv was not working. Tv was small and bad positioned, so horrible to watch in the bed, but not much on tv anyway, very old and basic channels. No Netflix or any other streaming service available in the room. Indoor pool was cold. We received emails requesting to schedule the pool time, but nobody was checking that or barely seemed to care about it. The location was good and the Brasa restaurant was amazing, but seems the hotel got forgot in time and is very outdated.
