The room itself was nice and the view was good of course. The price tag is reflective of those 2 things because everything else was bad to average. The parking situation is sheer garbage. You have to pay through the nose for parking at a place you are already paying alot for......OR....pay a little less and take a shuttle to an offsite location. Oh you left your glasses in the car? ..wait for a shuttle to take you to wherever and then make a return trip. Sounds great. Breakfast is fine. Average fair. The walls are paper thin. I listened to a teenager loudly machine-gun laugh about a 1000 times. One last thing... I thought id take a shower before i left..... Nope.....shower didn't work at all. Did the old sink water freshen up trick before leaving.

The staff went above and beyond to help and kudos to lucah on th front desk for all his help in making this trip great. This was the 10th year of coming to for the individuals and as they are in wheelchairs it was all made as easy as possible for us staff and our individuals.

We enjoyed the location being next to the falls, near restaurants and other attractions. We did not like was excessive parking fees for our vehicle at location or off-site The breakfast included lacked variety and seating was rushed.

Customer service, quality, and variety. Full service breakfast and adult drink vouchers, full service restaurant and Lots of activities within walking distance or driving 1-7 miles. Can't wait to return to do some of the things I missed. Great place to stay!

1. $100 valet parking was ridiculous 2. I was put on a floor with a high school group who was in the hallway all night, I had to call security. I mean this was at 2-3am 3. breakfast was insanely busy, couldn't get to half of the counters 4. Far too noisy and crowded in general. Was very disappointed to be on a low floor with a bunch of kids. 5. I will never go back to this location.

The view of the Falls was what we wanted. Staff managed the volume of people at elevators and breakfast as well as could be expected. We will see how checkout goes and getting our car…..

It was our first time staying with Embassy suites. Check in and check out was smooth. Room was clean and the view of the falls was spectacular. I feel parking onsite was bit overpriced. But overall it was a good experience.
