This is our second time staying at this property. The hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and professional. The Manager at Pizza bar needs to install a different door for staff to enter and exit better. It would be nice to offer a coffee pot and tea in the rooms. Everyone doesn't drink Starbucks!

Amazing vacation. The food, the servers were so friendly, the amenities, property and experiences were exceptional. The only recommendation is to have more staff at the pools and restaurants to improve the service. So much to do around the resort, one could never get bored. We will be back soon!

I had the pleasure of embarking on a spontaneous girls' getaway to the Bahamar SLS after enduring a particularly rough week. This trip turned out to be the ultimate remedy for my blues. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and attentiveness by the concierge team. Not only did they extend a complimentary upgrade to me, but they also ensured that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. The suite they provided was nothing short of breathtaking. With a spacious and airy living room, a kitchen equipped with our very own washer, dryer, and fridge, and a bedroom boasting the most luxuriously comfortable king-sized bed, it felt like a slice of paradise. And to top it all off, we were treated to two balconies overlooking the glistening pool below. It was sheer bliss. But it wasn't just the accommodations that left me in awe; it was the impeccable service provided by every member of the staff. The maids made sure our room was always stocked with fresh towels, water, and coffee, all while being incredibly accommodating to our busy schedule. And the wait staff at the resort's restaurants went above and beyond to ensure our dining experiences were nothing short of exceptional. Moreover, the resort itself was a sight to behold. Without a doubt, SLS has secured its place as my favorite hotel at Bahamar. I simply cannot fault a single aspect of my stay, and I would wholeheartedly give it perfect 10/10.

I have stayed several times and this was our best visit yet. The restaurants have really improved. The staff was great! Romantic and fun time all over the place. Heading back ina few months to gamble, beach, and party!

Staff very unprofessional had a maintenance worker walk into my room TWICE when they were working on the adjacent room. My girlfriend was very uncomfortable that maintenance workers had access to our room and made that mistake twice. I’m a type on diabetic and I have the staff literally point and make comments about me giving my insulin shot which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and self conscious. The property is beautiful but the random charges and very unwelcoming and unprofessional staff made me not want to come back. Will be staying at Atlantis moving forward I’ve never felt so uncomfortable about my diabetes ever. Also every bartender I felt like we were bothering anytime we asked anything super rude

We took a small group for a corporate outing. Wrong hotel for this kind of thing. In all fairness, if you're looking for a nightclub-inspired or party cruise, posing as a hotel, this is your place. We had heard that SLS is more of an "adult" hotel at Baha Mar - what we didn't understand is that means "adults who want to party hard" like they're on college Spring Break. The lobby literally turns into a dance club in the evenings with a DJ and music so loud you'll think you walked into a nightclub. The King Ocean View room is more akin to a cruise ship room, with no privacy between the bathroom and bed area, and a shower about the size of a large phone booth. The room itself is about average in size and if the bathroom had been private would have been okay. Calling our room, on the 7th floor, "ocean view" is a stretch. You mostly see the tree-tops of the pool area with a distant view of the ocean. Yes you can see it but it's far from what I expect out of a room labeled for a view. The hotel lobby area is beautiful and seemed to be well-maintained. The fitness center is nicely appointed and was never busy early in the morning - one advantage to the all-night party crowd being there. There was some loud construction taking place outside by the pool area which wasn't ideal but that's not why I'm going with 2-stars. It's the mis-managed expectations of a Spring Break / Las Vegas all-day party scene vs a more tranquil, relaxing, place for a company event.

The food and drinks were expensive, however the resort was amazing, budget wisely. You can stay at either of the three hotels and you have access to all the amenities of all three hotels. Waiters and waitresses were very attentive and the airport Transportation guys were great and professional.

Clean and friendly. Monkey Bar is a great hang spot. Plenty of pools to choose from. Beach Club team is hard working. The onsite waterpark is amazing.

Service was absolutely terrible. Since the gratuity is already included in everything it feels like service is nonexistent. Would never go back just based on high prices and terrible staff service. To get a drink by the pool it would take 20 min for a server to come up to you to give you a menu and then another 20 to come take your drink order and then with a hope and a prayer you may get your drink 15 minutes later. One night, we sat down and were ignored for 20 plus minutes!!! Our drinks came 45 minutes after we sat down. Like I said, the service was a zero. Would’ve preferred to go behind and pour myself a glass of wine!!! These are just two examples that happened during every time we sat down or called concierge about a problem in the room. The spa never answered their phones. Called 100 times as I was booking/rebooking spa services for 7 women for a 4 day stay. Everything was a chore!

The hotel was beautiful and the property is a nice size wasn’t too big! The food and beverages were really expensive though. The Privilege pool was fun and they had hookah there! Even the rooftop had hookah!

I enjoy my stay...only one thing I regret is I did not stay longer! A stay at SLS or BahaMar generally should be at least a week! I look forward to the experience again....and the Kids Club is excellent!!! Kudos to Clinton and Jaime at the front desk who made me feel soooo special from the very beginning!
