It was a fantastic stay! The room was quiet and clean, shower was great! I was very comfortable the entire time. My friends paid for a much more expensive hotel a ten minute walk from le nouvel hotel and when we compared notes, my room was much more comfortable! I highly recommend!

Had to go down to sleep in my 2 the nights due to the road being torn up and redone Thursday and Friday. I also spent 45 minutes circling the hotel because the road to the parking garage was closed due to construction. The couch in the room was filthy, looked like they found it in an alleyway.. Most staff was great, when I asked if the road work was going to go on for a 3rd night, I got a response of, I have no idea. No apology, no acknowledgement of my having to sleep in the car. I stay here each time I travel to Montreal but that will have to change.

If you use the hotel parking and you have a taller SUV, I suggest you use the opposite exit otherwise you will scrape the top of your SUV in the garage parking. The hotel itself is clean and the staff very helpful.
