“I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was of a nice size and has a 🛁 too. The desk of the room was so spacious you can put all your things and eat and it was in a convenient area, 8min walking to the station, the area is a bit poor itself as it is in ilford but with the Elizabeth line very close to all the major places you want to go to. The staff at check in was friendly, good value for money, i recommend it”

“Stayed here for convenience for visiting friends, not really accessible for a car, carpark across the street, lots of smokers right at the entrance way when we checked in. Wifi for half hour, cheap!!! Best part was the staff was friendly. ”

“Filthy, unattended, drains clogged up, short of staff… by far this has been the worst hotel I have been in. The cleanliness and basic service performance is appalling. All the drains are clogged up. Other guests were also complaining and the staff couldn’t care less. Do not stay with Travelodge. Their standards have gone way below those of a cheap-hotel alternative. ”
