"TLDR: House is old (in not a cute way), broken (or one strong breeze from being broken), cheap, and possibly dangerous. Complaints in previous reviews not fixed. "The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out."

"We had a great time at this very cute cottage and really appreciated the extra touches of the hosts, who were very helpful. The yard is truly a great place to hangout but there were also lots of places to enjoy close by."

"My husband and I were looking for a place to getaway for the weekend, on the water. We found this adorable cottage, right on the water and close to Saint Michaels. We have been down to the area several times and really this was one of the best stays. The Hosts were really great, left us a bottle of wine and cheese plate when we arrived! the only thing that would have improved our stay would be if the bed was a little more comfortable. (by no means does this take away from the overall experience)...

"Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins.
