“Nice property with rooftop small pool area. Convenient to everything. No parking in front of property, so have to walk 1 block for taxi drop off or pickup. No big deal but body soap dispenser was not working, I had to ask 3 times to get it fixed. Stayed in Suite and plenty of space and plugs. No amenities (toothbrush, shaving, etc.) in the room. Staff are good but don’t tell you or show you around the property. Would stay again. ”

“The front desk person is what made the stay very very special. Her name is.Charo . However, the hotel needs to correct the water pressure problem. It was impossible to regulate the hot and cold water in the shower. We were in room 811.”

“We came for the first time to this hotel. When we arrived the person at the reception was friendly but just checked in without explaining the accomodations. Where we have to go for breakfast or how to go to the beach. That was a pitty. The food at the hotel is really nice and you have a lot of choice. Every evening there is a theme for dinner. “We totally loved the location of this hotel. It was a mere 2 min walk to the center plaza, food options were plenty and yet stayed very quiet and safe. A few things to keep in mind, if you get into Malaga after 3:30, you would need to check in to their sister hotel because the front desk person leaves at 3:30. It was a 15min walk from the sister hotel to Spa Del Palacete. Imagine doing this with suitcases you need to log around. It was a bit of a hassle! also there were no luggage rack in the……
