“What a little gem the cottage is. It was perfect for our stay for fishing tournament on Toledo Bend. Plenty room for boat parking. Quiet area with firepit & deck space. I will defiantly be back! Property Manager was easy to communicate with & checked on us after arrival.”

“When we arrived on a Friday night around 830pm we were shocked to find nasty bathrooms and a not very clean house. We spent the first hour of our vacation after driving over 3 hours scrubbing bathrooms and cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere and dirt and crumbs under the couch and chairs. The pictures online made the house seem bigger than it was. The dock and porch were covered in spiders. The outside cooking area was filled with trash and spiders. The thermostat wouldn’t go below 70...

“House is great. Very short idle and you can catch fish close. The house was very nice with plenty of room. House was also clean. The ice machine was great to have because we didn’t have to leave the house. Fishing was great we caught alot of nice reds, some nice trout and multiple flounder. We would come back! Jason was very easy to get ahold of and very friendly.”
