This beautifully remodeled and spacious second-floor condominium on the Coconut Coast is one of the few units at Kaha Lani with two lanais and is also one of the closest units in the resort to the ocean. While staying at Kaha Lani, you will enjoy the stunning views, peaceful sounds, and refreshing breezes of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This fantastic property features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the secondary bedroom (an aero-bed is also in the home, to accommodate 5 people). With a fully stocked kitchen, you can cook as much or as little as you’d like during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. This home is over 1,000 square feet plus almost 300 square feet of outdoor furnished lanai space for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, your evening glass of wine, and everything in between. With easy access to private sandy beaches, parks, and the historic town of Kapaa, Kaha Lani is centrally located to enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful island of Kauai. All this adds up to a wonderful vacation by surrounding yourself with the best that Kauai has to offer.

Beautiful ocean view and comfort!
Overall, we loved the condo. Beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds and very clean. Some maintenance issues...towel rack in master bath kept falling off the wall; ceiling fan in the guest bedroom is loud and "buzzing". Other than that we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend!

Plenty of space for four adults. Beautiful ocean view. Stocked kitchen with utensils, cooking needs and appliances. Beach chairs, cooler, blue ice, snorkel and fins with large beach shade umbrella provided. Plentiful free parking. Plan to return in the future!

Kaha Lani Condo was an Hawaiian paradise
Great condo,with beautiful ocean front view. Grounds were beautiful with blooming flora everywhere. The surf was omnipresent to hear and wonderful to watch. The interior furnishings were fairly new and all appliances were very new. Well supplied kitchen and at least 3 gas grills around the property which we used twice for cooking dinner. Four nice beach chairs and four boogie boards were appreciated. Condo was impeccably clean and came with a nice selection of welcome snacks and even a gift card. Remax-Angela, was very responsive to one issue we had. Be prepared for the roosters crowing at 5 AM as they are everywhere and are even louder than the surf. Aloha.

Property is very good with new appliances and recent renovations. Ocean view from the lanai is also a bonus! Well equipped with boogie boards and beach chairs. Pool is excellent as it is heated. Nice to have sufficient garbage bags and dishwasher tabs for our entire stay! The gift for anything that was missing for our stay was a nice touch! We were fortunate that someone chased the roosting chickens out of the trees outside our bedroom! Reduced early morning noise significantly. Location next to Lydgate Park is nice but a long walk for any restaurants or shopping. Property Manager was very responsive and easy to work with!

Terrific condo and location!
This condo provided the perfect location for our family of 4 to explore Kauai and experience its many amazing offerings. It's easy to go west, south or north from here in a short time so you can experience the diverse landscapes and activities. Highlights included kayaking, hiking, surfing and a boat tour. During our down time the unit provided a great respite with terrific amenities, an incredible view and easy beach access. Thanks for providing such a top notch spot--we will definitely be back!

Quiet and beautiful
We had a great stay, everything is as advertised. The property and pool area is very well maintained, the grounds staff were there daily. The complex is very quiet and the area in general is very quiet compared to north and south shores. Beautiful morning sunrises and beach strolls. The unit had everything we needed to cook basics and pack picnic lunches. The bed was comfortable and the washer/dryer worked well. Only complaint from the teenager is the roosters waking her up (they are everywhere 24hrs a day). The lack of air conditioning wasn't a problem, except we had a rainy stretch and the humidity was very high and everything felt damp all the time. I'd highly recommend this property.

Overall the condo was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, 2 of the boogie boards were broken, but I notified the staff and they will be replaced. The condo was very nicely stocked with beach towels, newer snorkels, and an umbrella. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place and location
The condo was perfect for us. The view was amazing. We walked to the park and learned more about our favorite island. The location enabled us to explore all parts of Kauai, including Hanapepe, Poipu, Hanalei and secluded beaches in between! We would stay here again.

Beautiful Kauai Beach View
We absolutely loved staying here, everything was beautiful, and clean, and the view and noise from the ocean was just as we hoped it would be and the bed was extremely comfortable! The lack of an air conditioner was noticeable, but we kept the windows open to enjoy the trade winds and it was great to have the moist ocean breeze the whole day and night to cool us.

Spectacular Stay
Wonderful facility/Condo. All amenities, easy to get to. Right on coastline. Trade winds helped to cool unit along with multiple types of fans. Sound of waves lapping the shore 24/7. Absolutely return again. Shhhh, don’t tell to many - it will be totally booked!

We didn't want to leave!
Waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony everyday made this amazing condo over the top amazing. Steps from an isolated beach felt like it was reserved just for us! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and feel at home. It was wonderful to have chairs, umbrella, and a cooler available for us so we didn't have to go buy any of that stuff! Our only adjustment was the lack of A/C. Southern people love their A/C. BUT...we adjusted and would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity.

Perfect unit
This unit was all that we could ask for and more. The location is ideal for experiencing all parts of Kauai, an hour drive to anyplace on the island. The actual unit faces the ocean, with cool ocean breezes and the sound of crashing waves when windows are open. And we kept them open the whole time! All windows are screened. There is no A/C, but fortunately we didn’t need it in early August. Second floor unit so very private and safe. The unit is beautifully updated, has a fully stocked kitchen, and even has beach chairs and snorkel equipment available to use. There is a paved walking path just steps away, as well as the beach which is good for walking on at low tide. The town of Kapaa is very close by with our favorite shave ice place Wailua Shave Ice, and our favorite place for fish tacos Tony’s Catch. Our family of 4 loved staying at this unit!

Perfect beach condo for families!
The home was a perfect place for our family during a week long vacation! It was clean and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking many of our meals. There is no ac so we left the sliding doors and windows open at night for the sound of the waves and a pleasant breeze kept us cool. The view from the deck was spectacular and so relaxing! The location was perfect for a short walk down the beach path to Lydgate Beach which the kids loved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and didn’t want to leave!

Postcard perfect views and family friendly to boot!
We stayed for 2 weeks and the location is the perfect base from which to explore the whole island! Fantastic view. Easy walk to Lydgate. Well stocked kitchen and a beach locker with everything you need for a great day at the beach. No AC, no problem! The breeze blowing in off the ocean plus ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable even on the warmest days. We’ll definitely be back!

We just couldn’t believe the view! Breath taking. And the water is so close. Was great to hear the waves as we slept. Great location as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It could use some updating especially dining table and chairs and master room bedding.

Amazing Ocean Front Location
Location, Location, Location!! Kaha Lani Resort is truly situated in an ideal location between Wailua Golfcourse & Lydgate Beach Park centered between the towns of Lihue and Wailua/Kapa'a. Unit 202 has stunning oceanfront views, 2 Decks, c/w Raised Table 4 chairs, and additional lounge furniture. The unit was ideal for us being 4 adults w 2 bedrooms, we joined the 2 twin beds together in the second bedroom to accomodate our needs. The unit is well equipped, and the Kaha lani Resort is beautifully maintained, swimming pool, plenty of parking and more. Watch the beautiful sunrise, walk miles of sandy beach just outside our door. RE/MAX took care of any concerns. We truly can't wait to book fior next year.
